may 1st '09(my life since the house fire)
it's beautiful spring time in southern cali, and on a very personal note, LOTS has happened in my own world the past couple of months....
in a nutshell, back on the evening of friday march 6th, during the last knitting factory VOLTO! show, my life changed forever. my home of the past 12 years caught on fire and burned down. besides lossing most of my belongings and lifelong keepsakes, both of my beloved dogs(my family), Pearly and Franny passed away. if you'd care to read further about the specifics on the devastating situation and perhaps want to help with a donation,
please click here.it has been a very surreal and sad past couple of months and during this time, many things have obviously changed in my life. although during this whole time, i haven't missed any gigs, because to me this is one of the few things in life that really means something. the music truly helps! that and the wonderful love of family and friends. so with stating that, "the show must hopefully go on".....
